In order to manage the notifications and alerts for your surveys follow these steps:
- Select Surveys from Setup drop down menu.
- Click on Add new survey if you want to manage the Notification settings for a new survey or select the survey from the list view whose auto tagging settings you want to manage.
- Click the Settings
from the top right corner.
- Click on the Notification icon from the settings box flashed on the screen.
- Edit/ manage the Notification settings as per your requirements from here.
Managing Survey Notifications
Following settings can be managed for survey notifications:
- New Response notification
Set whether you would like to receive a new response notification for this survey. The team can set email and SMS notifications for a new survey response from My Settings. - Low Rating Response notification
Set whether you would like to receive a low rating response notifications for this survey. If you have already set the Positive, Neutral and Negative Rating Setting so when a response that falls under the criteria of a negative rating will be captured, you will receive a low rating response notification for the same. - Post Survey SMS to Respondent
Set whether you would like to send an acknowledgment SMS to the respondents' post completion of their survey. The SMS sent will be as follows: 'Dear {Respondent Name}, thank you for your feedback at {Company Name, Location Name}. We look forward to your next visit! - Low Rating Post Survey SMS to Respondent
Set whether you would like to send SMS to respondents post completion of the survey when he/she submits a low rating response. The SMS sent will be as follows: 'Dear {Respondent Name}, thank you for your feedback at {Company Name, Location Name}. We will look into the issue swiftly and our Customer Care Team will be in touch with you.
