You can track all the devices deployed in your business locations from the Web Panel. In order to add additional information related to a device, you can define your own tags for the devices. These tags can be used to identify your devices. For example, if you are using 4 devices in a single location you can tag devices by the department name they are deployed in or the staff member name who uses that device for response capturing. In this way, tags help you to easily identify a specific device.
Follow these steps to tag devices:
- Click on the Setup drop-down from the top menu on the dashboard.
- Now select Devices from the drop-down. A list of all the devices deployed in your business will appear in a list view.
- Select the device that you want to tag by clicking on the device name.
- The device profile will get opened, define tags for that devices from the left window under Device Tags heading.
