The dashboard is the first screen that you see on logging into your Web Panel account. It typically highlights the overview of all the key metrics that you need in multiple widgets. It is the place where you can get a summarized view of responses data, new responses, reports, team stats and all the other metrics.
The dashboard shows certain statistics in the quick view widgets such as the number of Responses, Repeat Respondents, Ratings, etc. Below this data, a comparative figure that shows a comparison from previous seven days response data is also stated. NPS/CES ratings, Average Ratings, and Repeat Respondents data will only appear if you have added the rating question, scoring questions and turned on the setting for tracking repeat respondents in your survey). Also, the data given here is for all your business locations where Zonka is deployed.
|Responses||This essentially shows the number of responses collected for all the locations.|
|Respondents||Here the number of respondents that left a feedback response with you are mentioned.|
Here the number of respondents that gave responses more than once in the last 7 days is mentioned. If you have not turned on the respondent tracking settings for capturing repeat respondent data then the number of responses and respondents will be same.
|Rating||The average of all the ratings that your business received from the respondents is mentioned.|
|NPS||Here the average of Net Promoter Scores that your business received from all the respondents is mentioned. You need to have an NPS question in your survey to view this score.|
Here the average of customer effort scores that your business received from the respondents is mentioned. You need to have a CES question in your survey to view this score.
In this quick view widget, reports are shown in the form of graphs. It exhibits the rating graph based on the last 7 days feedback data. Other reports can also be viewed by selecting from the Rating Graph drop-down. Also, a time-based comparison can be done between reports by selecting the calendar drop down button.
In this quick widget, a list of new responses appear. It shows the basic response details such as rating given by the respondent, time at which the response was collected, the name of the respondent and name of the staff member who captured that response.

This widget shows the team statistics. It shows the name, number of responses collected by the team member, the location where the response was captured and the rating given by the respondent.

This widget shows a list of the pending tasks assigned to the team members. In the list, the task status, name of the task, team member name, and the due date is mentioned.
